…… especially when it comes to all of us getting actively in the process of planetary change that is sooo needed . This is a very short introduction around how Commonground ReWilding aims in improving human connectivity and communication. At Commonground ReWilding we create create real solutions to how we can go about solving our bio-diversity decline and redefining how we live use the worlds finite resources. As humans we have lost the ability to be communicate with each other and as a result don’t connect in any real meaningful ways any-more.

First – Lets get the bad news out of the way.

The simple answer to solving the biodiversity and planetary crises is that we as humans need to change drastically the way we live

The really scary and frightening news is that none of us are in a place at present where we feel we can make this change.

We still continue use to unacceptable levels of the worlds resources which ultimately leads to …

– uncontrollable Co2 emissions
– catastrophic decline in our biodiversity levels
– declining quality of our soils
– over use of the worlds finite materials
– criminal levels of pollution in our cities
– out of control mono-culture farming
– out of control use of man made herbicides,
and non-organic pesticides

and to make matters much much worse is that inside the above list, is a myriad of sub sections that are causing even more stress to our planetary systems.

THEN there is SOME MORE BAD NEWS
ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS LISTENING OR WILLING TO MEANINGFULLY ACT

To get a grip on all of this and start creating solutions is a actually rather simple but at the same time it is nearly impossible.

Why nearly impossible – humans are rather stubborn critters and as a result we are not ready to change our Arcadian way of life where everything is literally on hand for us. We have become lazy in the way we live.

On the flip side of the impossible coin nearly everyone is struggling but it different ways. Our lords and master strive violently to make more and more money without a care in the world, while the rest of us struggling to make ends meet.

Tied into these two sides is the feeling among all of us is that we have no control of our lives. This lack of control is highlighted by the separation between the majority and councils, government and justice. We have no real say in any of them.

As a result we are all paying absolutely zero attention to the primary issue we are faced with at this time – the degradation and destruction of the planet we live on. Without it working properly where do we go.

Commonground ReWilding wants to start to counter this apathy so that people can start so see what’s possible

At Commonground we don’t have the answers, we are all about finding the questions we need to ask that will hopefully start to get the ball rolling and lead to real solutions. This is part of the reason while we have launched it is a slow launch – our current period is two years.

There’s no point in waiting for others. For us we have developed a sort of process that will be different for all of but has an strong underlying root ideal. There are 4 levels to this process that will help develop your journey to protecting the planet ……

1. Learn and understand more about the issues
2. What changes can you make and then act
3. Where can get help, you can’t do this on your own. This is where connectivity comes in
4. Get bloody minded and really start challenging those above us. This comes from doing the previous parts of the process.

These four roots involves the connectivity and communication we talk about in the whole of this website and come in many different ways. At the heart of all of this is about recreating social connection. Something that we have lost over that past 40 years.

Remember that as a race we need to work together.
